How could you train a large staff to do verbal, interactive activity with only nonsense language. How could you sneak a whole staff team up into the rafters waiting to pounce without being caught? How could you always find the way to engage the hard to engage kid? How could you always challenge each person to be his or her very best in a unique and special way. For Kinnicnic it is gift... be a "Live Wire".

Current Activities:

Kinnicnic is the founder and director of Peak Experiences, an experiential training company that does organizational development and teambuilding work with a wide range of corporate, government and non-profit organizations. He is also a leader and tireless volunteer in making Antigonish a more sustainable community, while making his own family a tremendous priority.

Leadership Contributions: 1992 - ongoing

Kinnicnic helped design and lead the very first Vision 20/20. He worked at Sunship, directed it one year, and provided a wide range of training support for Vision 20/20 and other program staff over numbers of years.
